Jag tycker visserligen att det \u00e4r grovt f\u00f6renklat att tala om effekt, n\u00e4r man menar erinran per investerad reklamkrona. Jag har skrivit mycket om det f\u00f6rr (<a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.notabene.se\/?p=1398\" target=\"_blank\">exempelvis h\u00e4r<\/a>) s\u00e5 jag l\u00e5ter det vara s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">Men ingen kan v\u00e4l vara f\u00f6rv\u00e5nad \u00f6ver att Telias reklam tappar i uppm\u00e4rksamhet och erinran? \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">Telia har ju gjort i stort sett alla fel i boken, n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller reklam och varum\u00e4rkesv\u00e5rd under l\u00e5ng tid, redan innan f\u00f6retaget skumraskaff\u00e4rer i diktaturer avsl\u00f6jades. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">2011 sa bolagets d\u00e5varande vd, Lars Nyberg, till TT att \u201dJag \u00e4lskar det h\u00e4r varum\u00e4rket.\u201d Idag \u00e4r det \u00e4nnu tydligare att hans syn p\u00e5 \u201dvarum\u00e4rke\u201d bara str\u00e4ckte sig till en ny logotyp. Om han f\u00f6rst\u00e5tt den fulla betydelsen av \u201dvarum\u00e4rke\u201d hade skandalerna knappast kunna ske.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Och det \u201dvarum\u00e4rke\u201d han \u00e4lskade var dessutom p\u00e5fallande lik konkurrentens AT&amp;T, vilket Gustaf Douglas ocks\u00e5 p\u00e5pekade i mitt <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.notabene.se\/?p=742\" target=\"_blank\">tidigare blogginl\u00e4gg <\/a>om den nya loggan. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">Men, om man nu skulle n\u00f6ja sig med att erinran per krona \u00e4r reklameffekt, s\u00e5 \u00e4r det fortfarande ingen \u00f6verraskning att Telias reklam inte fungerar.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">Telia hade hittat ett sp\u00e5r, med sin Telia-familj, som kunnat leva i decennier. Det skapade b\u00e5de sympati, preferens och erinran. Men se, Telia beh\u00f6vde omv\u00e4xling! <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">Gud sig f\u00f6rbarme \u00f6ver denna enfaldiga inst\u00e4llning. Jag har skrivit mer <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.notabene.se\/?p=843\" target=\"_blank\">om Telias mord p\u00e5 Teliafamiljen h\u00e4r<\/a>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">Men trots att Telia arbetar p\u00e5 en allt mer konkurrensutsatt marknad, d\u00e4r telefoni inte heller l\u00e4ngre \u00e4r vad det \u00e4n g\u00e5ng varit, verkar bolaget snarare str\u00e4va bak\u00e5t i sin utveckling.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Om Telia anstr\u00e4ngt sig mer f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rtst\u00e5 sina kunders behov och \u00f6nskem\u00e5l och f\u00f6rs\u00f6kt uppfylla dessa, skulle ocks\u00e5 varum\u00e4rket vara starkare. Och d\u00e5 menar jag VARUM\u00c4RKET.
